User Agreement on Mailhob.com.

This document gives the terms of use of the free feedback forms mail service "Mailhob.com".
Any user of service must read this agreement and accept all its provisions.

By clicking the "I Accept. Get account" button at the end of this agreement
you agree with all the provisions of this agreement and receive a
User Account.

1. ABOUT REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT. |
|
In order to open a login, a user must complete the registration procedure.
Filling in the
registration form, the user is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date
information. After that, a
user chooses a name,domain of contact form, password and a reference question
to be asked if the
user forgets this password. The user is fully responsible for keeping
this password and
reference question secret as well as for any messages sent from his/her
mailbox.
It is not recommended to choose a simple password or reference question,
because if any of them
is decoded by a wrongdoer, this will result in user losing his/her account.

2. ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION.
|

The Administration makes an obligation not to read or change the contents of
a user's messages
and not to give access to users' mailboxes to other persons in any
situation, except for cases specified by law.
The user understands and accepts that the Administration bears no
responsibility for the security
and confidentiality of users' information on the Internet.
The Administration is obliged to work on technical solutions to protect
users' information
outside the servers of Mailhob.com and to implement these solutions on the
our service.

3. ABOUT STORAGE USER'S CORRESPONDENCE. |
| The user agrees that administration will not be responsible for any
failure to receive
correspondence if the user's mailbox(formbox) is full. Quote = 10 MB |
4. ABOUT LIABILITY FOR FAILURES IN THE SERVICE.

| The user understands and accepts that administration bears no
responsibility for possible
failures in the service, loss of correspondence, guarantees for delivery of
mail and loss of the
user's address.

5. ABOUT BEHAVIOR OF THE USERS.
|
The user makes an obligation not to use the our service for any
actions violating Russian or international laws.
The user makes an obligation not to use the resources of Service for
mass dissemination
of unwanted correspondence for advertising or any other purpose (SPAM).
In cases of violation of these provisions of this agreement, the
Administration can make a
decision to delete or freeze the user's account and information.

6. ABOUT DELETION ACCOUNT OF USER.
|
Our Service is free e-mail service.
The Administration can terminate your access to the service any time
without prior notice. Additionally, Mailhob.com will delete your address
and all data of user if a
user does not use the service for 3 calendar months since the moment of last
authorization in the
system (HTTP protocols).
A user whose account has been deleted can go through the registration
procedure again.

7. ABOUT AMENDMENTS TO THE USER AGREEMENT.
|
|
The Administration reserves the right to change the conditions of agreement and to inform
users about such changes by placing a new version of this agreement on the
our web-site. Any new version of the agreement comes into force beginning the moment
of its publication
on the site. If a user continues using the our service, it is
assumed that this user has
accepted the terms of the new version of the agreement.
